MCH Studio is a shoe free zone , please bring a pair of socks and wear loose comfortable clothing.
Cancellation Policy - Please note in order to maintain high standard of both treatment and class a minimum or 24hours notice of cancellation is required. Otherwise full class/treatment price will be required.

This complimentary therapy works on the feet or hands enabling the body to heal itself. Often the body is in a state of inbalance especially after illness, stress and injury or disease. Consiquently vital energy pathways are blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium.
